• Intellectual Property Theft: Hosting copyrighted music, movies, or software you do not own.
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Content promoting violence or hatred based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, disability, or sexual orientation.
• Security Threats: Phishing sites, malware, viruses, or "scam" schemes (e.g., pyramid/MLM).
• Deceptive SEO & Spam: Sites built solely for link farming, "click-jacking," or misleading search engines (per Google's Quality Guidelines).
• Poor User Experience: Excessive advertising (more than 3 units per page), extreme flashing/seizure-inducing elements, or "broken" custom HTML.
• Data Scraping: Using robots or spiders to monitor or copy ENIC.IO infrastructure or other users' data.

2. User Accounts & Ownership

• Account Responsibility: You are 100% responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to host, backup, and display your content to provide the service.
• Our Property: ENIC.IO owns all rights to the services, templates, logos, and software. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use these tools to build your platform.
• Ownership Disputes: In case of a dispute, ENIC.IO will typically consider the owner to be the person with access to the registered email address or the individual listed in the billing information.

3. Your Obligations

• Compliance: You must follow all local and international laws, including privacy and data protection regulations (like GDPR or CCPA).
• Backups: While we perform system backups, you are responsible for maintaining independent copies of your data.
• Marketing: You agree to receive occasional promotional materials from us. You can opt-out at any time via support@enic.io.
• Publicity: You allow ENIC.IO to use your website (or screenshots of it) in our marketing and promotional materials.

4. Fees and Payments

• Paid Services: Certain features require payment ("Fees"). These are generally billed in advance.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of taxes (VAT, Sales Tax, etc.) unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Renewals: Subscriptions may renew automatically at the current non-promotional rate unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Chargebacks: Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the permanent suspension of your account and data.

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is paramount. Our collection and use of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that we may collect data regarding your usage and your "End Users" (visitors to your site).

6. Termination & Limitation of Liability

• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these terms.
• "As-Is" Service: Our services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
• Indemnity: You agree to defend and hold ENIC.IO harmless from any claims arising out of your content or violation of these terms.
